This is a client story of the development of Marketing Communications Strategy.

I just finished up working with a client on a massive strategy to achieve several objectives with the main one being to develop a communications strategy for contacts. After listening to this client tell me what they wanted to do, we completely redeveloped the approach and created a number of projects from our extensive sessions, going a different route than previously thought before consulting with me.

After working with me, we developed strategy that would make it: (1) easier on this company given their workload and 2) would provide a much better customer experience adding great value to their program. A customer centric program.

Working with me, I was able to provide a vision, identify business needs and solutions to quickly put a plan in place that would help them achieve the results that they are looking for while developing clear channels of communications with a custom strategy.

My approach identified different types of contacts and approached each one differently so that we could:

  1. Customize the communications approach

  2. Improve the probability that the lead would become a conversion

  3. Support the communications of the program using digital marketing in a strategic way
